Water pollution is actually something that we could drastically reduce. By not littering, we could save an incredible number of creatures!
A good suggestion is when you travel, you bring a paper bag or a reusable trash can to make sure trash goes there, not floating around polluting the environment. If you want to go a step further, you can even pick up trash other people dropped to reduce your natural footprint.
Many animals have suffered or been fatally injured by pollution. However, marine scientists, biologists, and doctors work to help them. All our TOTALLY AWESOME marine scientists and doctors are wonderful, let’s give them a shout out for all they do to improve the lives of our fellow marine friends!
Aquariums and marine scientists can help by giving these animals treatment and attention to all their needs. Would YOU want to be a marine scientist? You could one day help animals in need.
Many animals get tangled in trash and suffocate to death. Others try to eat the plastic and end up choking to death. We need to work to improve the lives of our fellow aquatic animals.
There is a whole unknown, beautiful world that lives down in the deep. Preserving them is what we should all do. You can help too. It doesn’t have to be something big, start small!
Try to pick up your trash on the beach, grab a trash can and pick up litter or simply bring a baggie to put your trash in. YOU can make a lasting impact, just like we wish to. Keep trying, reaching for the sky, and learning so we can help preserve our Mother Earth.
